  • What is your return and exchange policy?

    We are committed to providing quality products to our customers.  While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Bea-You-tiful Mess Cosmetics purchase, we realize there are times when you may need to return a product. If you need to return your product, please note, that due to Covid-19 and other serious variants, we do not accept returns. We will offer store credit or another option to accommodate your needs. 


    If you receive a damaged product, please ship it back to us, unopened. Please note, that the shipping will be your financial responsibility.


    Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise.  We are not responsible for lost packages.

    All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.

    Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of our office receiving your item.

    Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.


    Only items purchased on www.beayoutfulmesscosmetics.com may be accepted for a return.  Items purchased from www.beayoutfulmesscosmetics.com cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell Bea-You-tiful Mess Cosmetics products.

    Please Note:  Empty containers cannot be accepted for refund.

  • Do you offer gift cards?

    We do not offer gift cards at this time. We do offer discounts and bundles at prices that can't be beaten. 

  • International Shipping

    Beayoutfulmesscosmetics.com ships your packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid) and does not collect any duties and/or taxes. We can not determine what the charges will be. 

  • Cancellation Policy

    If you cancel your order BEFORE it has shipped, you will be assessed a cancelation fee of 15% before credit is issued. All orders are automatically processed through a secure server and sent for shipment within 48 hours of ordering Monday- Friday from 6 p.m. to 4 a.m. During this process, we do incur fees. We do understand some items will need to be exchanged, we will not be able to do it for free. We strictly adhere to this policy.


    To request an order cancellation, contact us by email at beautifulmesslips2021@gmail.com. Your order will be confirmed by Customer Service within 24-48 hours if it has been shipped. If your order has been shipped, it will be treated as a return. 


    If an order is refused at delivery, it will be assessed all of the fees listed under our Return and Exchange Policy. These fees include restocking and cancelation fees. 

  • Order Processing

    Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of placing an order, Monday through Friday. Once shipped, orders will arrive within the time frame selected. 


    Please note, if we are unable to fulfill our obligation on any order, we will process a full refund, in the amount charged. 

  • Shipping Delays

    We are not responsible for late shipments due to natural disasters, holidays carrier, or customs delays. Holidays do not count as business days. Any photographically, typographical, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and request approval before the completion of the order.
